We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team in Loznica, Serbia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and improve sales techniques.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Assist in marketing channel development, including websites, ads, and promotional materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High-school diploma or higher, preferably in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the real estate or residential industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Serbian
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and drive sales projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (industry-specific software knowledge is an advantage).
