FatCat Select is a part of FatCat Coders offering a wide range of hiring services. Right now, we’re growing our FatCat Select team and looking for a Sales-Business Development Manager. We seek a native in the IT market, with lots of connections and ability to help us broaden our client portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to set the Sales/Business Development process from the ground up and eventually build your own team.
You should be an ace at sales, love to make the close, understand how to develop true trust and meaningful rapport with clients, be an amazing communicator, be eager and motivated, and have genuine compassion and desire to help others. The ideal candidate will have a creative, business-oriented sales background, with experience selling services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire sales cycle between prospecting and closing the deal, including handling meetings, presentations and producing offers and quotes to prospective clients
- Carrying out general administration, ensuring CRM data is accurate and up to date
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable services while also assessing and pursuing opportunities to expand services offered to the client
You could be a great fit if you are:
- Open, informal, genuine, and versatile Sales/Business Developer who can exert influence at the C-Suite and appropriate decision makers
- Able to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful sale
- Decisive closer with well-developed networking, and communication skills (verbal/written, both Serbian and English)
- Self-motivated and independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback. We love people who can see a need or gap and then share solutions and ideas.
- Able to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
However, you could be a perfect fit if you also have:
- At least 3+ years of proven B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience, with references
- Team Lead experience
- Experience selling IT or Hiring services
