Sales - CEO Executive Assistant for Digital Agency
Remote
Responsibilities:
- Assist leading a remote team
- Sales help: Prepare sales proposals. Run the negotiations with the prospects and secure the business to the agreed margins, as well as ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sale process
- Do outreach to potential clients via cold calls and emails
- Actively oversee client services to ensure that tasks are executed correctly and in a timely manner
- Organize, coordinate and collaborate with the team to achieve maximum efficiency in marketing and sales efforts
- Maximize each sales opportunity with the existing and prospective clients while developing and maintaining key client relationship
- Develop a strong product knowledge as well as clients’ business/industry knowledge. Document these in a knowledge base and develop employee onboarding training programs
- Participate in company and industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- HubSpot Sales (or similar), Cold Calls, Cold Emails, Trello (or similar), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress
- Advanced English – B2
- Experience in the sales roles, team lead roles, or marketing agency experience highly valuable but not crucial
- Independence, responsibility & accountability
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with other team members
- Works closely with marketing team & general manager to provide smart ideas maximizing market sales opportunities
- Able to multitask with strong work ethics
- Motivated by others’ success
- Self-starter: Strong leadership skills and looking to grow with the company wanting to better him/herself for constant improvement
