Sales Data Analyst

We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst to support a complex sales structure comprising multiple independent sales organizations, each selling different SaaS solutions.

Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

• Develop and maintain sales KPIs and dashboards across multiple sales organizations
• Analyze pipeline trends, revenue, conversion, and forecast accuracy to provide actionable insights
• Track quota attainment and sales cycle metrics
• Identify data issues and suggest improvements

 CRM Data Standardization & Migration Support

• Assist with sales data migration to Salesforce Sales Cloud while ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Support mapping, cleansing, and validation during the Salesforce migration process
• Help unify metrics and reporting standards

 Sales Operations Support

• Partner with sales leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for territory planning, lead distribution, and forecasting
• Identify workflow gaps to improve sales processes
• Support lead scoring models to boost conversions and pipeline speed

What we expect from you:

• English language proficiency
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Analyst, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence role
• Strong experience with Hubspot and Salesforce Sales Cloud (reporting, dashboards, data management); experience with Pardot and Service Cloud is a plus
• Skilled in Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools for analysis and visualization
• Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Experienced in complex, multi-org sales structures (low to high velocity)
• Familiarity with CRM data migration, cleansing, and standardization
