As a Sales Development Representative at Mitto, You will qualify leads from outbound sales campaigns as sales opportunities, contact potential clients through cold calls and email and present the company to potential clients. you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in generating leads, creating outbound campaigns and meeting sales quotas, has a passion for technology and innovation, is goal-oriented and persistent to achieve the given targets.

What you will do

Communication with Prospects and Market research

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Target accounts and competitor research
  • Generate leads, segment and trigger outbound campaigns
  • Analyzing results of the campaigns

Set up calls/meeting with potential clients

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and sales executives

Salesforce maintenance

  • Preparing, organizing, scheduling and setting up campaigns in SalesForce
  • Maintaining and updating SalesForce database (leads, contacts, accounts)
  • Keeping track of your KPIs by ensuring data is valid and up to date

Your skills and qualifications

  • Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • You’re communicative and ready to work closely with a team
  • Degrees in Business, Marketing, Philology or any other related fields required
  • Experience in B2B and sales, market research position is a plus (fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply)
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of any other European language is a plus
