Sales Lead Generation Specialist – Logistics

CW Carriers USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lead Generation Specialist to support the growth of our logistics and transportation services. In this role, you will identify, research, and qualify potential freight customers across diverse industries. Your efforts will directly fuel our sales pipeline and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective customers in target industries such as manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, and distribution.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads using CRM systems and ensure all touchpoints, follow-ups, and progress are accurately documented by the Sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead qualification criteria and ensure data relevance.
• Monitor industry trends, freight market fluctuations, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
• Support lead generation efforts by gathering and preparing data for trade shows and other events.
