This role presents an opportunity to play a key role in expanding the reach of an established European market leader in automated test solutions for automotive and consumer electronics. The Sales/Account Manager will be instrumental in developing the EASTERN EUROPEAN market to be a major portion of the worldwide business and helping NOFFZ to drive profitable revenue growth across new and existing accounts

Your responsibilities:

► Develop and execute a sales plan that focuses on growing revenue from new and existing accounts
► Identify, manage and close new business opportunities for automotive and consumer electronics automated test solutions
► Facilitate the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing in order to meet or exceed sales target
► Participate in development of sophisticated test solutions to complex problems by working closely with NOFFZ Pre- Sales and Project Development Teams globally
► Actively participate in marketing activities such as tradeshows, seminars, conferences…
► Travel up to 50% to customer sites and NOFFZ headquarters in Germany 2-4 times per year

Your qualifications:

► Highly motivated and success driven with a long- term commitment to the company’s growth and success
► Fully developed tactical solutions sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing and growing existing customers)
► Experience with Test & Measurement equipment and/or Electronic manufacturing processes
► Impressive ability to articulate clear concepts and solutions both written and orally (English mandatory)
► Highly advantageous to have existing relationships in automotive industry
► Minimum MSc degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable training or experience in this field
