Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales efforts. This role is integral to developing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, high-income individuals, and premium partners to grow our membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop relationships with companies to offer memberships tailored to their senior management and staff as part of their corporate wellness policies.
- Approach high-income individuals with bespoke membership opportunities.
- Leverage your network of decision-makers in companies to pitch the club’s value proposition effectively.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with premium clubs, boutique hotels, dermatology clinics, nutritionists, private clubs, and exclusive venues for cross-promotions and guest memberships.
- Initiate and maintain cross-sales collaborations with other exclusive brands.
- Event Management:
- Organize invite-only “Wellness Previews” where prospects experience select amenities, network with members, and witness the club’s value firsthand.
- Presentations & Meetings:
- Conduct in-person sales visits and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing executive and operational management team to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with club goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience.
- A proven track record of success in business development, particularly in building and maintaining a network of corporate clients and high-income individuals.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the club’s unique value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to generating leads and building partnerships.
- Ability to work independently, with 75% of the role requiring fieldwork (out-of-office meetings) and 25% in-office collaboration.
- Existing connections in the Belgrade business community and decision-makers in companies is highly desirable.
