Position Overview
As the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our market reach by identifying and developing strategic partnerships and long-term contracts. You’ll be the front line in connecting our high-quality bus services with organizations that value consistency, professionalism, and care in transportation—ranging from corporate clients to event venues and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop venue partnerships: Build relationships with hotels, conference centers, arenas, schools, and event venues to establish preferred transportation agreements.
- Generate recurring business: Target venues, companies, government agencies, and institutions that require consistent and contract-based bus services.
- Respond to RFPs: Manage and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bid submissions in collaboration with leadership and operations teams.
- Client acquisition & retention: Prospect new clients while nurturing existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market research & intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and transportation industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company growth targets, quality standards, and brand positioning.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system
What You Bring
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or hospitality.
- Experience securing contracts and navigating RFP processes.
- Strong network-building skills—able to open doors and foster trust-based relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across departments.
- Organized, driven, and passionate about delivering a high level of service.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a sales leadership or business development role.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Background in transportation or fleet services is a plus.
