We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our New and Used Cars department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for luxury cars, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in automotive sales.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and manage the sales team for new and used cars, providing training, support, and motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing, and presentation of vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and aftersales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
