We are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking for a new member to join us in the position of:
Sales Manager for Facility Management
(Belgrade)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to seize opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field visits to secure new business
- Lead, train, and manage a sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience is required
- Facility Management experience is a plus
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
