SALES MANAGER

As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you will take charge of identifying and seizing new sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our company. You will oversee the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to successful onboarding - ensuring a flawless experience for our prospects and clients. As the Sales Manager for Cold Leads, you should have great communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as an understanding of the sales process. By working with cross-functional teams you will learn how to identify and sell to company and merchants needs. You should be passionate about sales, have a results-driven mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will manage a specific territory, prospecting, nurturing, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. If you’re excited about making your mark in the e-commerce world and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is your chance to be a one-man show with the support of a passionate team.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying potential new merchants to drive company growth.
- Evaluating merchant needs and assessing the quality of existing relationships.
- Educating merchants and negotiating terms and contract agreements.
- Overseeing the onboarding of merchants according to internal procedures.
- Collaborating with marketing and other teams to ensure a unified messaging and approach.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress.
- Analyzing sales results and trends.
- Spotting opportunities for growth and enhancements in the sales process.
Essential skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Sales in relevant business/industry
- BS degree in Economy, management or organizational science/related field
- Drivers license
- MS Office/CRM/other
- Serbian, English Proficiency
- Analytical and goal-oriented, self-starter
- Adaptability, problem solving skills and conflict resolution
