Sales Manager

We’re building something serious. Apex Search Solutions is a fast-growing SEO agency driven by results, transparency, and deep industry expertise. We're looking for a sales closer who knows how to build trust, ask the right questions, and drive deals to the finish line.

This is a 100% commission-based role, but don’t let that scare you—our conservative projections show over $50.000 earning potential in Year 1. If you can sell, you’ll earn.

We’re open to both full-time and part-time collaborators—it's the results that count.

What Success Looks Like:

• Closing SEO service deals with inbound and outbound leads
• Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and close
• Working alongside the founder and operations team to create custom proposals
• Use tools to manage campaigns

You´are a Fit If You:

• Have excellent spoken and written English (USA market is our focus)
• Are confident in communicating value and handling objections
• Want flexibility and freedom, but are performance-driven
• Self-motivated and accountable in a remote setting
• A self-starter mindset—we’re building processes as we grow
• Understand digital marketing, B2B or SEO (a huge plus, but not required)
• No fear of working on commission only (your effort = your reward)
