About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the search, attraction, and support of agents (Bank Transfer Agents) in the MENA region (UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar). You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving growth, and expanding our network.
Responsibilities:
Agent Acquisition:
- Analyze the target audience in the MENA region.
- Proactively search and attract potential agent candidates.
- Manage and process incoming applications.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Present our working conditions and partnership opportunities.
- Effectively handle objections and address concerns.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with new agents.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze the effectiveness of agent acquisition channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving our strategy.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management, with the ability to persuade, build trust, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong understanding of the MENA market, including cultural nuances and business practices in Arab countries.
- Excellent business communication skills, with proficiency in communicating with potential partners via WhatsApp, Telegram, and social networks.
- Ability to handle objections effectively and clearly explain terms of cooperation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust strategies based on client feedback.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions, including the ability to explain payment systems (crypto, bank transfers, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Experience in traffic arbitrage or affiliate marketing.
- Existing connections within the MENA business environment.
Knowledge of local payment systems (Urpay, STC Pay, Binance P2P, etc.). - Skills in content creation and advertising for partner acquisition on social networks.
Languages:
- Minimum: English B2+ (CEFR)
- Ideal: English B2+ + Basic Arabic
- Bonus: English C1 + Arabic B1 + French/Hindi A2
