Our Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our software and services to clients around the world.

What would your responsibility be:

Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the B2B market to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Client Acquisition: Identifying and targeting potential business clients, building a robust pipeline of leads, and converting them into customers.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term contracts.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Leading negotiations with business clients, preparing contracts, and managing the contract lifecycle to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.

Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to business clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s offerings.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, preparing sales forecasts, and providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and potential areas for growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, development, product manager, legal specialist, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure seamless client experiences.

Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Gathering feedback from business clients to inform product development and improve offerings based on client needs.

Attending Industry Events: Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and stay informed about industry developments.

Customer Support Liaison: Coordinating with customer support to ensure that business clients receive exceptional service and that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
  • Eagerness to learn B2B sales within the IT industry.
