We are looking for top-performing sales professionals to boost our presence on the market and develop clients.

We are looking for:

Sales Manager

Belgrade, Kragujevac

Your role:

  • You should support our operations by defining sales strategy and identifying business opportunities.
  • Your main goal is to attract new clients by networking, advertising and by other means of generating interest for our services.
  • You should plan your sales’ activities, research the market and present potential clients, send cold emails, conduct cold calls and organize meetings with decision makers. In order to make best offer for each client, you should analyze them, understand their needs and instruct what will give optimal result.
  • You will develop knowledge about the market, about solutions/services the company can provide, and knowledge about company’s competitors.
  • You will identify opportunities for campaigns, analyze fairs and exhibitions, plan presentations and conferences for/with our clients.
  • Weekly and monthly, you will provide feedback on progress. You will estimate what market needs, what best industries are, and identify key elements which our clients consider for decision making.
  • You will cover all markets within the region.

Your background:

  • Excellent sales and presentation skills are mandatory, while technical background in plastic industry is preferred.
  • We need you to be able to freely communicate with our stakeholders, locally and abroad. Thus, native Serbian and fluent English are mandatory.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
