We're searching for a Sales Manager who lives and breathes sales – someone who understands that sales are about strategy, motivation, and an unstoppable drive for success.

  Responsibilities: 

•   Increase sales and break records – Your primary goal is to lead your team to close as many deals as possible! 
•   Set aggressive sales targets and ensure the team meets (or exceeds) them 
•   Develop winning sales tactics -and ensure every team member masters them 
•   Train, coach, and motivate sales agents – listen to calls, provide real-time feedback, and push them forward 
•   Optimize lead distribution – ensure hot leads go to the right agents and eliminate any barriers to closing deals 
•   Analyze data and improve processes – identify exactly where to tweak strategies to boost revenue 
•   Be hands-on – work closely with the team, feel the pulse, and drive them to close more deals
