Service Plus is a professional IT service provider for retail industry. We are globaly acting company specialized for services regarding point of sale (POS), enterprise integration, retail specific hardware, mobile solutions, store related services and technical support. Since 2002, we have developed specialized expertise in both headquarter and store operations environment of small to very large retail organizations. Our projects include cooperation with retailers that are entering various market throughout Europe, and some of them are Metro C&C, Mercator, Carrefour, IKEA, OBI, Inditex, Cortefiel, Takko, C&A, Deichmann, Decathlon, etc.
With offices in 5 countries (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany), we are capable to provide our knowledge and experience directly to our clients wherever they are located. Besides building self-sustaining and successful business, our mission and responsibility is designing safe, happy and motivating place for all our employees.
Job description:
- Generate sales of product/services
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings
- Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution
- Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales
- Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business
- Follow-up on potential sales leads
- Interact and coordinate with other staff members in other Service Plus departments
- Completing administrative work
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Sales management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English language
- Driver license
- Willing to travel
