Threedium is seeking 5 Sales & Marketing Interns to help run our current B2B outreach and growth operations while we build a new sales infrastructure. You will be trained and mentored directly by the person who previously led this process, and who will now transition to the infrastructure project. This is a hands-on internship for those eager to learn B2B sales, marketing, and outbound systems in a fast-growing tech company working with clients like L’Oréal, BMW, and TAG Heuer.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience needed
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Responsible, organized, and consistent in communication
  • Comfortable using English in writing
  • Interest in digital tools, marketing, sales or business development
  • Available to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
  • Willing to work from our Belgrade office in the initial weeks of training

This will be a plus:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms
  • Experience using LinkedIn, email, or data tools
  • Curiosity about B2B communication and brand strategy

Description:

From onboarding through execution, you will be guided through every part of the sales development process – including cold outreach, lead research, CRM management, and performance tracking. You’ll get full access to our tools and playbooks. The role is ideal for people who want to develop practical sales and growth skills in a live, global business environment. After the initial onboarding phase in our office, remote work is possible. This is an unpaid internship that lasts for 3 months. At the end of the internship, 2 candidates will be offered a full-time paid position at Threedium based on performance.

Sample Tasks:

  • Researching new leads and qualifying companies.
  • Writing personalized outreach messages.
  • Managing contacts in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Launching outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, GPT, Notion, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Following templates and instructions, but also learning to optimize and think independently.

You can expect:

  • Full-time internship (8 hours/day)
  • First few weeks from the office, after that remote is possible
  • 3 months of real hands-on experience and mentorship
  • Training in outbound sales, CRM, automation tools, messaging, and more
  • Opportunity to be hired as full-time SDR after internship
  • Work in an international company with exciting clients and projects
