For our client, Baby Food Factory, a modern baby food manufacturing company, we are currently seeking a candidate for the Sales Planning and Analysis Specialist position to join their team.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Sales Planning and Analysis Specialist is responsible for collaborating and coordinating with distributor teams to achieve all sales goals in accordance with the plan. The specialist actively cooperates with the Distributor Sales Development Manager to achieve revenue goals, maximize profits, increase brand market share, segment the market, and improve cooperation with distributors and customers through the following activities:
- Monitoring and analyzing distributor reports and proposing activities to improve sales
- Tracking and analyzing sales out data from customers and the market share of BFF brands
- Monitoring sales for all markets, analyzing internal data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Monitoring, analyzing, and controlling finished product inventory
- Coordinating customer ordering and purchasing plans
- Sales planning and timely market need projections for the production sector
- Improving planning processes
- Creating and developing internal reporting, processing, and preparing reports
- Participating in regular meetings with distributors
- Sharing information, experiences, and best practices from other markets
- Collaborating with direct supervisors and assisting in the development and improvement of the capacities and quality, skills, and behaviors of the distributor sales team
- Actively cooperating with colleagues from other sectors within the company (marketing, finance, procurement, logistics, production, quality, legal services, etc.) to align operations with company requirements and provide the best service to our distributor network
- Regularly reporting to the Distributor Sales Development Manager and the Business Development Director through various reporting forms on all activities and results within their area of responsibility
- Providing support and collaboration with the Distributor Sales Development Manager on other issues related to the successful operation of the company
Required Qualifications:
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Category B driving license
