Sales Price Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Control, maintain and document sales prices by specifications and relevant contracts
- Conduct reporting and ensure financial accuracy in domain of price administration
- Re-evaluate customer pricing, conduct subsequent billing of price differences, and generate the respective credit and debit notes
- Interface with key internal and external customers to claim payments resulting from price differences
- Perform operative activities, including data analysis, report generation, and maintenance of deadlines to meet company reporting obligations
- Conduct contract review and coordinate complex business transactions with the legal department
- Independently coordinate provisions for price deviations in collaboration with the sales department
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Previous experience working in a Sales Administration, Accounting, or Controlling
- Fluent English Language skills; German Language skills are an advantage
- Excellent Excel skills with a strong affinity for digitalization
- SAP and Business Warehouse Experience will be an advantage
- Experience in a manufacturing setting (ideally Automotive or Commercial Vehicles Industry)
