Sales Representative – Balkan region

Thanks to our production and warehouse in Belgium and Serbia, we are able to respond quickly and flexibly to the specific needs of our local and international clients.
About the Role
As our new Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in establishing and expanding new opportunities with industrial companies in the Balkan region.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the target countries
- Building and nurturing a strong client pipeline through proactive prospecting via phone and digital or in person client meetings
- Developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Pass along the clients specific needs to the technical sales team in Belgium so they can draw up a customized proposal
- Close the deal by closely following up with clients after a proposal is submitted
- Working closely with our back office in Belgium and Serbia to align sales strategies
- Regularly traveling (40%) within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and close deals
- About 60% of your time you will work from the office in Sremska Mitrovica
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales in an industrial market
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your region
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Serbian is a must; knowledge of any regional language is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia
