Sales Representative - m/f

1 position for Key Account segment
1 position for region Central and South Serbia

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish most important end users list in the region also customers and potential customers list.
  • Propose regional sales objectives by product/customer
  • Agree these objectives with, sales and marketing manager
  • Define necessary actions for clients and potential clients
  • Regular information on actual business achievements with regional clients and competitor activities (e.g. price lists, technical leaflets, promotional activities)
  • Define and realize training plan with customers
  • Ensure product stewardship at customer and user level
  • Analyze product consumption, report abnormal stocks and take necessary corrective actions
  • Send regularly (weekly) a report about main events in area (sales development, customers, competition, products, crops and about general agriculture) to Sales Manager and Marketing Manager
  • Report eventual claims on product efficacy / selectivity
  • Propose solutions to the Marketing and Sales Manager in case of important product claims

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Agricultural engineer
  • Commercial experience in sales two or more years
  • For KA segment advantage is agronomic or production experience at least two years
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Mobility (> 75% of total working time)
