Job Description:

As a Sales Representative in our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for promoting our services and building relationships with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients and market segments for our services.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls and hot calls

Client Engagement

Establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations

Create and deliver compelling sales attitude  to showcase our services.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate terms and possibilities with potential clients.

Close deals and achieve sales targets.

Market Research

Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Provide feedback to your managers to improve our services and market positioning.

Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English is required.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center via phone, personal or outsourcing environment.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
