Country Navigator is looking for an independent/ self-employed, experienced Research Analyst to support on a contractual basis.

With a mission to support individuals and organizations to work more effectively across cultures, our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) and blended solutions deliver learning and cultural profiling to employees, globally.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate researcher with an analytical eye to collect and filter prospect client data from a range of online sources, using technology to assist their research. Any previous sales lead generation experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Research prospect companies that fit our ideal client profile and use the tools we provide to collect contact details of key decision makers
- Use RSS feeds and news sources to identify prospect companies that are in need of our solutions
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and improve the sales playbook which is used to find new leads (of which research and data is a critical part)
- Support the team with any sales related tasks, as required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have research experience within the B2B space
- Enjoy working with data with a keen eye to spot errors
- Have strong analytical skills
- Be comfortable and proficient using technology and applications including (but not limited to): excel and LinkedIn (sales navigator)
- Be passionate about efficiency and improving process
The contractual role includes an opportunity to earn commissions on any sales results that are directly linked to your output.
