Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to salespeople for the apartment sales on a large-scale residential project
- Assistance to technical personnel, lawyers, and other service providers in the sales process
- After-sale support to clients
- Assistance with protocols and handovers of apartments
- Lead management
- Appointment scheduling
- Preparing reports
- Record keeping
- Various office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative support required
- Accurately anticipate the client needs and expectations in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Serbian and English language – verbal / written
