We are looking for a:

Sales and Marketing Executive

Company location: Dubai (UAE)
Working place: Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia

Job Duties:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the duty-free and tobacco industries; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;  recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;  recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key prospects
  • Identify target key decision-makers and key influencers across all prospect organizations and develop strong relationships to develop new business opportunities
  • Identify key sales cycles
  • Drive awareness of and create demand for the product
  • Manage the business base ongoing

Essential expertise:

  • A proven track record of 5+ years sales experience – most preferably within the European/Middle Eastern VIP Travel market
  • Demonstrable experience and accountability for creating and managing projects
  • The ability to generate cold leads and develop warm leads credibly at all levels
  • With a strong commercial acumen and an eye for detail
  • Proven consultative influencing and negotiation skills, up to and including C-Level
  • A good understanding of key international trading groups offerings and propositions
