The Opportunity

Becky is revolutionizing the industry for accounting outsourcing. From our modern office in Belgrade, we provide financial services for our Western European clients according to the applicable accounting rules of their country.

And we are just getting started,  with almost 40 employees we are eager to expand our cooperation with the clients and help them solve employee puzzles, optimizing the success of growth and expansion in many ways. Matching Western European companies with Serbian financials is our style of working, ensuring that bots sides are completely satisfied.

The Role

As a Sales Ninja you’ll be in touch with leads and clients throughout the day to empower them on how to fulfill their flexible workforce and use our platform most efficiently. You support the founder by helping them analyze team- and portfolio data.

We have a focus on a couple of segments:
●      SMI accounting firms

●      Corporate accounting firms

●      All medium and large-sized business
Responsibilities

●      Evaluate and process leads that are coming in via our marketing channels. You will be the gatekeeper on what opportunities the team will be working on. By making sure every lead is handled properly, both towards the lead and in our CRM tool, you lay the foundations for future success.

●      Assist the Founder in managing and growing their portfolio. Help build a personal connection and be aware of market developments in order to grasp opportunities. Data-driven decision-making with the customer and leads in mind. You will follow-up on (automated) opportunities to continuously boost business.

●      Take ownership. You are always looking for the best outcome and are solution-focused. You are accountable for your actions and are not afraid to fail.

●      Communicate effectively: You are able to express ideas and information in a constructive and motivating way to others. Not only within your team and company but also at your clients, as it is important to provide updates and feedback so that we can optimize our product and processes. As we work as one team collaboratively, we speak freely but with respect.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

●      3-5 years of relevant proven commercial experience;

●      A commercial degree or another subsequent study;

●      Fluent in English.

●      Ability to translate ideas into concrete plans;

●      Prioritize team effort and opportunities to ensure the optimal impact on results;

●      Energy and motivation for action;

●      Data-driven and innovative;

●      Commercial drive; 

Preferred Qualifications

●      Knowledge of using software such as Asana and Hubspot;

●      Knowledge of the economic industry
