We are looking for:

Sample Coordinator

Your responsibilities: ► Validation of customer sample orders ► Planning and controlling of customer sample orders fulfillment considering production capacity, deadlines and inventory ► Monitoring of delivery performance to customer ► Creation and maintenance of material master data in the system ► Preparing material for samples production in right quantity and in accordance with specification on time ► Monitoring of production progress of samples considering deadlines, inventory and material availability ► Plan material requirements for sample production considering quantities, deadlines and inventory level ► Organisation and Optimization of the sample storage area ► Control and coordination of the maintenance in the samples storage area ► Assure the right and economical warehousing and stock removal in a sample storage area

Your profile:► Graduated in Logistics: Material planning or Process engineering ► Several years of working experience in an industrial environment

 ► Reliability and ability to work in team ► Ability to work under pressure ► Good knowledge of MS-Office package ► Good English language skills ► SAP experience is beneficial
