Our Accessible360 business is growing quickly. We are currently recruiting for a Scoping and Pricing Coordinator to work remotely.
We provide digital accessibility audits, training, development support and design reviews for new product builds as well as ongoing accessibility compliance support for companies large and small. Our diverse team brings a breadth of experience in accessibility, web development, marketing, sales and technology that is focused on making websites, mobile apps, software products, IoT and medical devices more accessible for all people.
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), in this position, you will be oversee and drive all activities involved in scoping client projects. You will work closely with both the services and sales teams to develop accurate and compelling proposals by leading and participating in the statement of work development activities. You will be responsible for using our internally developed technology to accurately estimate a project and assemble completed documents for our potential client projects. As our proposal and client volume is high, identifying how our processes can be improved both strategically and tactically is critical.
To be successful in this role, candidate should have excellent analytical skills related to technical projects and be able to accurately estimate a timeline and budget for our products and services. It is essential for this role that the candidate has high attention to detail and be good with time management and communications skills.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
❖ Scoping new opportunities
➢ Work with sales team to understand client objectives, project deliverables and opportunities and risk mitigation strategiess
❖ Statement of Work/Proposal creation
➢ Use templated system to estimate cost and timeline and accurately summarize product or services deliverables
➢ Manage SOW process via our internal software tools including scoping from design systems or MVP apps, documenting notes & pricing worksheets, and other reporting items important the role
➢ Manage proposal deadlines with sales team; attend weekly SOW Queue standup
➢ Ensure quality, error-free documents sent to client
➢ Manage version control by uploading PDF version to client’s SOW folder in shared drive system
❖ Editing SOWs as needed based on client feedback and collaboration
❖ Evolve scoping offerings
➢ Edit and keep updated the shared report on Budgets vs Actuals ( & add HUB $ amounts as well) to analyze estimates versus actuals and reasons for such
❖ Ability to understand project goals and develop technical requirements from clients that are likely unfamiliar with the problems needing to be solved
❖ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while determining appropriate and changing priorities and stay on top of short deadlines
❖ Meet a 48 hour turnaround time in US/Central time zone
❖ Ability to work tactically while thinking strategically
❖ Ability to spot trends, determine their impact on the business and communicate solutions to the appropriate people
❖ Good problem solving, time management and collaboration skills
❖ The ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a fast-paced team environment
❖ Advanced skills in business software such as Google G Suite, Office Applications, and time-tracking applications
❖ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
