You will work collaboratively with internal business units, Management, and artists.
Developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with key figure heads within trends and artists will be the key to your success.

What are the primary responsibilities?
- Scout. You follow trends and track artists across all genres of music on streaming platforms.
- Identify and sign. Create partnership with new artists in accordance with the Company vision of the music industry.
- Build and maintain relationships. You partner with managers, lawyers, artists, and other industry professionals to help build business opportunities.
- Track data and analyze metrics. We preach data driven approach and rely on math.
- Lead the way. Working across departments you’re the one who drive the deal from the beginning to closure.
- Learn & Grow. You’re a part of the fastest growing music label. Our team is always sharing new ideas to help colleagues come up with new, compelling ways to cover musicians at all levels.

Do you have these qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in sales.
- Familiarity with all genres of music, streaming and social media platforms.
- Fluent in social media platforms including, but not limited to TikTok, Discord, Twitter and Instagram..
- Experience with documents//information processing.
- Strong relational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office, Google docs, etc.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1).
