This is
what you’ll do:

Be involved in our 3-6 months capacitation program for Scrum Masters
Acquire hands-on experience by interacting with real teams and working on a live project
Gain exact knowledge about scrum and the skill set related to the Scrum Master role
Get certified (if not already) for Scrum by one of the top (and most demanding) licensing organizations in the industry
Upon completion of the education program, start working as a full-time Scrum Master
Have dedicated mentor and knowledge-sharing sessions with experienced Scrum masters
Have paid education time based on curriculum and research with employment contract
What
we're looking for:

- University degree in computer science, Project management, Psychology, or similar
- Willingness to learn, and proven results that you have acquired new comprehensive knowledge in the past
- Openness to embrace a new mindset and high sense
- High social competence and empathy
- Previous working experience involving the realization of projects in the IT/software field is a big plus
- Communication skills, ability to listen and pro-actively thinking and acting
- Tech-savvy interests and skills
- English fluency
