This is
what you’ll do:

Managing the Scrum process within a distributed team in multiple locations
Arrange and facilitate Scrum ceremonies - daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
Perform process alignment with other Scrum teams, following higher-level guidelines, best practices and context
Ensure continuous flow of work, review the day-to-day progress of the projects and release initiatives with regard to time, scope and quality, providing all-time high-quality integration support
Identify and coordinate the removal of team impediments
Support the Product Owner in backlog management and handling new requests
Provide Scrum-related education where needed
Be open to occasionally travel abroad
What
are we looking for:

- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Leader
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
- Knowledge of various agile patterns and techniques
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English skills
- University degree in business/computer science (or equivalent)
- Scrum Master certification is a must
