The Scrum Master should have experience working with Agile teams in both Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies utilizing modern and Agile best-practices.
The Scrum Master should have experience in:
- Understands modern ALM tools like Jira.
- Understands Agile SDLC and best practices around the Agile practice and can act as a mentor and guide to teams in that respect.
- Has experience in both Kanban and Scrum methodologies as well as hybrid variations.
- Have a very good understanding of office technologies like Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledgeable in group behavior dynamics and has Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Project management experience is not required, but beneficial.
- Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills.
