Scrum Master
You will:
Be responsible for managing the Scrum process within the team and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
Protect and provide perspective to the team
Guide and coach the team in agile best practices
Manage team setup and capacity
Ensure continuous flow of work and review the day-to-day progress of the project(s) and release initiatives with regard to time, scope and quality, providing all time high quality integration support
Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution
Identify teams’ impediments and coordinate removal
Introduce, improve and optimize engineering processes and practices/guidelines/tooling
Manage technical improvements and debt in collaboration with Tech Lead
