Main responsibilities:
• Timely transmission of necessary information to superiors, associates or clients
• Scheduling meetings and records of their schedule, time and place
• Answering direct or telephone inquiries
• Receiving and serving clients, business partners, employees, and others who come to the office space
• Receiving and sending daily plans and e-mails and keeping records of them
• Writing business letters and letters in accordance with the instructions, filling out various forms, forms, etc.
• Administrative work (sending, receiving and sorting mail, storing, updating and archiving business documents)
• Organizing and conducting business trips for all employees, as well as preparing the necessary documentation for them
• Cooperation with internal and external accountants (going to the bank, accountants)
• Communication with customers, suppliers and associates
• Technical organization of visits and receptions
• Supply of supplies for the smooth functioning of the company (office supplies, hygiene products, paper accessories, water, etc.)
• Preparation and submission of bids in agreement with the competent persons
• Planning and managing individual activities
• Control of the flow of certain activities and reports to the competent authorities
• Good cooperation with the Procurement Department.
Professional experience: One year of experience in the same or similar position in administration.
Type of professional education: VI or VII level (Economics, informatics or social sciences)
Special knowledge and skills:
• Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of Italian and German is a plus
