Job overview:
- This is position in Operations Department aiming continuous management of Transport network (operations, maintenance and performance management). Related technologies in domains of Access, Backhaul and Optical Transport Network are:
- IP MPLS/routing in backhaul and aggregation layers,
- Carrier ethernet in Optical and Backhaul domains,
- Access network for fixed services (MSAN, xPON, MW, SD WAN)
- Network Synchronization solutions
- Related Network Management Systems (covering fault, configuration, performance and inventory management)
- Key responsibilities are:
- Secure high availability of transport network elements and related services
- Coordinate and execute resource and service provisioning tasks
- Improvement of network administration methodology including automatization
- Execute and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Participate in continuous monitoring and improvement of transport network preformance
- Support CNOC team; Participate in On-call service
Requirements:
- University degree in telecommunications or computer engineering
- Knowledge in transport network technologies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Team player, able to work independently
- Able to handle workload and give good performance even in stressful environment
