Due to increased activities, multinational Real Estate Developer is looking for a candidate for the following position: Senior Accountant

Major responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of annual statutory financial statements and tax returns
Preparation and submission of VAT, property tax and other tax returns, and administration of related documents
Preparation and maintenance of all other tax/government imposed reports/documents
Follow up on the changes of tax and accounting regulations
Knowledge of regulations in the field of construction (group F of Classification of activities)
Invoice and payment administration
Invoice Payment approval procedure administration
Payments in e-banking
Review the list of overdue invoices
Follow upon the scheduled payment - tax payment/bank loan repayment
Customer and Supplier dialog - Contact/Answer the customers issues referring to finance
Monitor the payments from customers
Debt collection
Booking invoices, bank accounts and all other accounting documents
Audit assistance

Ideal experience and skills:

University degree in Economics or similar field
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting
Preferably experienced in using SAP application
Experience in the Real Estate industry will be considered as an advantage
Advanced PC skills
Very good command of spoken and written English
Good teamwork and communication skills, flexibility and ability to work independently
