Senior Automation QA Engineer

For our partners from US, company FieldFlo, we are looking for Senior QA Automation Engineer from Balkan countries for full-time remote work via contractor contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with our development and product teams to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright. Your mission will be to drive the automation testing strategy, identify areas for improvement, and continuously enhance our testing processes. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality software solutions that exceed customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup Testing Environment: Configure Playwright from scratch to establish a robust automated testing setup.
• Develop Test Suites: Design and maintain automated test suites for complex web applications.
• Create Test Cases: Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure software quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and timelines.
• Optimize Efficiency: Continuously improve test frameworks and tools for better efficiency.
• Manage Defects: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Follow Best Practices: Adhere to industry best practices in QA processes and methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years as a QA Automation Engineer, with a focus on automated testing using Playwright (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, and strong understanding of QA processes
• Tesr Suite Management: Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites for web applications.
• Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Test Case Development: Strong skills in writing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in a remote team environment.
