- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Brand or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a brand management role in mid-to-large companies
- 3+ years of program management experience
- Proven experience in successfully managing global rebrand projects
- Proficient level of English (C1/C2)
- Experience managing large programs and projects with multiple stakeholders in global, cross-functional teams
- Strategic vision and big picture thinking to drive alignment with program objectives and company goals
- The ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and influence without direct authority
- The ability to creating and maintaining an organized structure to manage multiple (sub)projects efficiently, attention to detail and consistency in deliverables
- Excellent project management skills to keep track of multiple tasks and timelines
- Experience with the Microsoft suite and collaboration tools (like Wrike or similar)
- The ability to act with integrity, pursue continuous improvement and aim for greatness and customer delight in everything we do
- As a key force in brand migration, you will develop plans and manage projects, collaborate with global teams to drive brand change, monitor and report progress, and provide support to transition brands in line with the strategic direction.
- Understanding the complexities of migrating global brands, particularly in B2B, and how to navigate a solution; supporting the development of brand migration strategies and document.
- Overseeing and managing a range of concurrent rebranding projects, including brand migrations for mergers and acquisitions, managing interdependencies and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Creating and managing plans to help execute brand migration projects effectively and monitor if brand touchpoints and materials are updated in line with strategies and project timelines; providing reporting and regular updates
- Leading project meetings, driving the agenda and keeping the discussion on the topic; organizing project teams that may be geographically disparate and maintaining effective communication
- Being a trusted partner and go-to person for brand migration projects; answering questions or routing them to the appropriate channels and teams; presenting with confidence to mid- and senior-level audiences.
- Liaising with internal integration teams to ensure alignment of business integration plans with brand migration strategies and timelines
- Supporting brand and communications colleagues in developing and delivering brand engagement and communications plans to support the brand transition internally and externally
- Provide support to other brand management initiatives and projects to achieve team and business goals
