An exciting opportunity raises for a result driven, self-motivated individual, who has a passion for developing and cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients while driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales. We are looking for strong candidates for Senior Business Developer position based in Novi Sad or Belgrade.

The role:  

  • Act as the front person of the company, dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy, enabling growth and strengthening market position
  • Build up new relationships from scratch, using a portfolio of target clients and attracting new ones using existing and creative sales techniques (i.e. cold calls, leads, or already known within your existing network)
  • Understand the needs of your customers and respond quickly and effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Maintain sales pipeline to deliver annual targets
  • Develop high quality relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • Build trusted partner relationships with clients
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company (flexible approach and ability to utilize various business lines to anticipate and meet customer’s needs)
  • Interpreting customer's requirements and presenting them with a solution

The successful candidate:

  • Proven working experience in sales and business development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially savvy mindset
  • Positive energy and self-motivation 
  • Outstanding communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an embedded drive for results
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluency in English
  • Clean driving license required
