We are currently recruiting for the role of:
Senior Commercial Affairs Associate - Wholesales
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining regular contact with customers within the wholesale segment and organizing order intake
• Implementing planned sales to wholesalers, ensuring the fulfillment of the sales structure
• Preparing invoices for customers for delivered goods in Serbia and Montenegro
• Introducing customers to new products and the company’s marketing activities
• Calculating and issuing credit ratings
• Monitoring commercial activities and ensuring the supply of PharmaSwiss products to wholesalers
• Tracking and analyzing sales and inventory levels, with reporting by sales channel category, customer, and product
• Proposing activities and corrective measures to improve sales
• Creating necessary specifications for issuing promissory notes
• Preparing documentation related to product returns
• Updating pricing information
• Carrying out activities related to participation in tenders through wholesalers and controlling collected tender documentation
• Preparing export documentation
• Recording all important data related to the assigned group of clients
• Monitoring accounts receivable due dates and contacting customers for payment collection
Candidate's profile:
• University degree in Pharmacy (VII level of education) or secondary vocational education (IV level) – Pharmaceutical Technician
• Previous experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical company is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer use (MS Office package, advanced level of MS Excel)
• Knowledge of English language
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented mindset
