- 5+ years of motion design experience in a similar role, in-house or within a creative agency.
- Including 2+ years of experience with global campaigns or within a global company
- Outstanding showreel
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Degree qualification in design or similar
- Minimum C1 level of English
- Experience with Cinema 4D or similar
- Traditional design skills, such as working with layout grids, templates and typography, should be second nature.
- A portfolio of design and concept development
- Experience working with or creating design systems – brand and motion guidelines or templates.
- As a natural storyteller, you can develop designs underpinned by solid concepts.
- You deliver robust designs on everything from social posts to global campaign concepts.
- Understand rendering, encoding and technical best practices to deliver optimized motion assets across different formats.
- You drive design and creative excellence by reviewing and providing feedback on work from other designers and agency partners.
- Strong collaboration is essential; you’ll work with cross-functional teams worldwide.
- You are a fearless brand guardian with an eye for detail.
- You can quickly understand, analyze, and respond to briefs.
- You can organize and prioritize your workload.
- You can create engaging presentations and confidently pitch to internal stakeholders.
