Senior Data Analyst / Research Analyst

We are looking for an inquisitive and enthusiastic Senior Data Analyst / Research Analyst to join our international team, with the position being located in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on various litigation & analytics-related projects. It is a growing team and you would be reporting to the Director, Research Analysis. We would love to speak with you if you have advanced SQL skills, expertise in visualizing data using Tableau and/or PowerBI, a strong understanding of data analysis methodologies & if you’re willing to learn new things and work on numerous exciting projects.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Analyst
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL & Tableau and/or PowerBI (for data visualization)
- Proficiency in English language
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar degree in a quantitative science or at least 4 years of work experience providing the same background
It would be great if you also had...
- Python data analysis skills
- Experience in data warehousing
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights
What will you be doing in this role?
- Creating SQL queries for data extraction; Turning raw data into insights by creating data visuals as service deliverables; Creating spreadsheets as service deliverables;
- Creating visual dashboards and performing data extraction to: 1) Support prospecting, webinars, presentations, thought leadership; 2) Automate services deliveries;
- Collaboration with the content team in order to assure quality of data delivered to clients; Collaboration with IP litigation expert colleagues for assistance in IP litigation matters for services delivery; Estimate workload to ensure successful and timely delivery of services; Work in a timely manner to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with requirements; Ensuring that project trackers are up-to-date;
- Providing internal feedback to supervisor on opportunities to improve quality or processes; May perform data extraction and data analysis to assess quality of data in the context of incident management; Further related tasks required to ensure timely and delivery of high-quality services to clients

Research Analysis (IP Litigation) is a global team and we’re currently looking for someone skilled in SQL and Tableau and/or PowerBI to join our team growing team. In this team, you would have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders & to work on many interesting analytics-related projects, as well as to learn a lot of things about the IP industry in general.
