What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience dispatching in the U.S. logistics market
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
- Established relationships with shippers and brokers (a strong advantage)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Logical thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Friendly and respectful communication with drivers
