So far successful business models suddenly become unprofitable and small, innovative startups are crowding out large corporate tankers. For our location in Belgrade, we are looking for a new crew member:
Senior Full-Stack Developer
Tasks:
- Technical management / Develop a Web Development Department (professionally / Expert Knowledge Owner)
- Realisation of various projects, mainly with SME customers, in the areas of websites, web shops ((approx. 100 products) to medium-sized e-commerce platforms (approx. 5000 articles)) and (process) digitalization projects (tailor-made applications such as web-2-print solutions for catalogues or reference modules, calculators for offers/calculations or registration portals for universities)
- Mail infrastructure: Setting up mail infrastructures for small companies (1 to 10 mail addresses) and Migration of existing mail accounts to new mail solutions
- Hosting of websites and webshops via reseller solutions from large hosting companies
- Contact person for technical questions for project managers and specialists.
- Support in advising new customers as well as independent development of existing customers (innovation driver)
- Responsible for the technical development of the department (innovations, new technologies, etc.)
Skills:
- Expert Knowledge (More than 8 Years):
- Technologies: PHP, HTML5, CSS (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MySQL, Vue.js 2, NPM, Composer
- CMS: Wordpress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento
- Pagebuilder: ACF, Elementor Pro, Gutenberg (only Support)
- Experience with both classic and agile project management concepts
- Creative and independent personality with organisational talent
- Graphic Eye
- Passion for creation and willingness to take the initiative with a high degree of independence
- Pragmatic, proactive, focused and hands-on personality - even under pressure
- Very good English skills
Additionals:
- Knowledge about the areas of UX, SEO and SEA.
- Expert knowledge in WordPress
- Experience with support concepts and SLA contracts
- Experience with Zeplin and Adobe XD
- Knowledge of graphics software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- German language skills are a plus but not a must have
