Your job:
By joining our team as Senior Global Sales Business Analyst, you will have an important role in supporting and optimizing company's global sales operations through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic decision-making in order to identify and define solutions that will maximize the value delivered to the key stakeholders. This position is located in
Belgrade and presents a great opportunity if you are a “process and analytical enthusiast” seeking a purposeful position to shape the future of our Global Sales Operations!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Close collaboration with global sales and sales operations teams to support them in maximizing their performance and meeting targets, while providing data-driven insights.
- You will manage projects related to global sales and sales operations, which could include process redesign, new system implementation or performance improvement initiatives.
- You will closely collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve improvements, e.g. Digital Transformation, IT, Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Management and use of the SAP, SAC, Salesforce CRM system, and other IT systems. In addition, you will analyze sales data, performance and create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- You will maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes, procedures, best practices while ensuring knowledge transfer to global sales teams, and adherence to regulatory and compliance.
- Developing sales forecasts and demand planning to ensure optimal inventory levels, resource allocation and revenue projections.
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent field.
- You have strong process management skills and experience in managing transformation and continuous improvement projects across multiple locations and business functions.
- You are data driven and have the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- You are able to build strong relationships and have collaborative talent, as well as strong skills as negotiator to reach consensus, alignment and commitment.
- You bring extensive knowledge of SAP, SAC and CRM Salesforce system, and have high proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in business English is mandatory, German language knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
