Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a Senior Graphic and Web Designer, a visionary who can blend creativity with functionality to enhance our brand's digital presence. As a creative force, you will lead the charge in carving out our visual identity, ensuring that every pixel translates into a more engaging and satisfying user experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Graphic Design:
- Whip up eye-catching graphics for emails, banners, social media, and more. Your designs won’t just catch eyes; they’ll captivate minds.
- Champion our brand identity, ensuring that each visual story aligns seamlessly with our overarching marketing strategies.
- Guarantee a consistent aesthetic caliber across all our visual communications.
Web Design:
- Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) for our e-commerce platforms that aren't just easy on the eyes but are also a breeze to navigate.
- Collaborate with the tech wizards in web development to transform engaging concepts into tangible results.
- Innovate and iterate on web design projects, creating pathways that lead users right to what they need without a hitch.
- A/B test various UX/UI for optimized user behavior and conversion
Art Direction:
- Steer the visual storytelling of our brand ( 3 sites and CBD products brand), keeping the brand image fresh, relevant, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Refresh and maintain our brand books—your bible for ensuring our image stays consistent across all channels.
- Design packaging that’s not just functional but speaks volumes of our brand ethos.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned pro with at least 5 years of experience with a solid education and background in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- A portfolio that screams creativity and a keen eye for design trends.
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), UX/UI principles, and web design tools like Sketch or Figma.
- A superb communicator who’s as comfortable presenting your ideas as you are creating them.
- Independently driven but also a collaborative team player.
