Senior Laboratory Technician (Cylinders)
Location: Niš, Serbia

As a Senior Laboratory Technician (Cylinders), you will play important role in ensuring product quality and performance through various laboratory tests and technical evaluations. Your work will directly support product development and quality assurance, in close cooperation with the R&D team and other internal departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and implement test procedures including production tests, quality control tests, product development tests, national performance tests, and certification processes.
• Analyse and interpret test results to verify compliance with technical specifications, providing feedback and updates to the R&D department to support ongoing product improvements.
• Contribute to the calibration of laboratory instruments and test benches.
• Manage the maintenance of the laboratory’s electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Collaborate with internal teams including laboratories, production facilities, quality, product design, and procurement.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (Level 6) in engineering or a related technical field (e.g., mechanical, electrical engineering).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a production or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Solid computer literacy and the ability to work with technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
