JOB OVERVIEW:
- Drafting/reviewing/negotiating contracts with customers/suppliers/contractors/subcontractors
- Legal and compliance support to all areas within a company (providing legal expertise, opinions, analyses, participating in tender processes, due diligence, negotiations, audits, etc.)
- Monitoring, updating, improving, drafting and communicating Company policies (procedures, manuals, etc.), considering business needs, efficieancy and operational excellence, compliance with regulations, Group policies and adopted international industry standards.
- Providing legal support in the Company projects.
- Following relevant international and national legislation and industry and court practice to ensure the Company's compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensuring company’s full compliance with relevant data privacy regulations, including data privacy agreements negotiations and contracting, and formal communication with state authorities and third parties in the field of personal data protection
- Managing, coordination, negotiations of possible disputes and representation of the Company in court and administrative proceedings that have an impact on the Company's rights, obligations, and reputation.
- Drafting/reviewing company’s legal documents (decisions, memorandums, protocols etc…)
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Law
- Bar Exam is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferred in law office or telco companies
- Excellent understanding of telco regulations, commercial and construction laws and its practical applications in a business environment
- Possessing a background in corporate and competition law matters
- GDPR/ PDPL strong background (including DPO role) is an advantage
- Working with integrity and responsibility
- Capable of working under pressure
- Telecoms / IT experience is an advantage
- DMS and functional digital literacy (MS Office, working with available trusted electronic services and electronic portals of competent authorities)
- Fully fluent, both written and verbal, in English, that includes the ability to draft and amend complex legal documents
- Result-oriented, flexible, and a team player
- Having strong business and legal writing skills
- Showing a high level of self-motivation, proactivity, and commitment to results
